Baccarat Aromatique Limited respects your privacy.  All the information we ask for is essential for us to process your order and to keep you up to date on the latest offers available.  We do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company, unless it is vital to our operations.  For example, we provide shipping companies with your details so that they may deliver your purchases efficiently.  Your privacy with us is assured.

Returns Policy

Baccarat Aromatique Limited is committed to providing quality products to our customers.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.  Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless the return is due to our product being faulty.  Please contact us on 0800 289 526 (New Zealand) or 64 7 575 0552 (Overseas) or email info@kama.co.nz to discuss your options should this matter arise.

Delivery Terms

New Zealand 

Delivery within the North Island is expected to take 1-2 working days.

Delivery to the South Island is expected to take 2-3 working days.

Parcels weighing up to 2kg will incur freight charges of $5.50.

Parcels weighing between 2 and 5kg will incur freight charges of $6.50.

Parcels weighing more than 5kg - we will contact you to discuss freight options.  Please remember to include your phone number or email address when ordering to enable us to do so.
